Apartment rates are as follows and are based
on a minimum stay of two nights.
"Summer" rates are from May to September
"Winter" rates are from October to April
Summer rates are 50€ per night
Winter rates are 45€ per night

The top apartment front door is accessable directly from the pool area this door leads into
the kitchen/diner/lounge area, opposite this there is a double door giving access to the terrace giving terrific
views over the lake towards Ventorros De Balerma. Ideal for alfresco dining or somewhere to read or just to take
in the views.
The downstairs apartment front door also leads to the kitchen/diner/lounge area, this downstairs apartment
is easily reached via the lower drive giving total privacy if required. There is also a alfresco dining area with views
of Ventorros De Balerma.

Longer stays (i.e. A month or more) can be catered for at a reduced rate.
In addition to the kitchen and full bathroom, each Apartment has one double bedroom plus a double sofa
bed in the living room and can sleep up to 4 adults.
